Summer Wrap-Up

We did a lot of this at our gym pool.  Work-out/playtime/lunch/repeat
We didn't schedule our vacation until late in the summer, and I wasn't sure Brad would really have the time off. So, pretty much if something came up, we did it.  It was like a YOLO summer before ME started K, packed full of fun stuff!  Sorry, babe, if I had really known we were going to get to go to the beach, I would have toned it down and saved up. ;)
Lots of play time in the back yard

My college roomie, Ashley, called and said her family was visiting in Tulsa.  So, we met them at the Jenks Aquarium, played at her parents' house and spent the night, and went to the the Tulsa Children's Museum.  We had so much fun!  It is always does my heart good to visit with Ash.

We tried out the Aquatic Center for the first time.  The kids loved it!

One weekend we camped in Branson with Randy and Lindsay and went to Silver Dollar City and White Water.

One Friday we met Michelle and her family in Hot Springs and went to Magic Springs/Crystal Falls.

First taste of Dippin' Dots...still the ice cream of the future...I'm not sure how long it takes for the future to get here
Watching the home run derby
Girls' night out at the drive-in
We played outside a lot, ME learned to ride her bike without training wheels in less than a weekend, Rhett realized he loves to swim and finally slid down the slide at the gym pool, a buggy VBS was fun, Ranjo's famous bday pool party, a week at Mia's, got to see the quints 2 times, fishing with Super Uncle Cole, pedis with Aunt Jenn, a weekend at the lakehouse, boating, fishing, tubing at Beaver Lake, fishing and swimming in the creek at Madison County, friends over, playdates, lazy days at home, reading and writing getting ready for kindergarten.  Summer 2015 you were the best yet!  I felt like I had a handful of days left with ME at home, and I really tried to treasure every one.  Make the most of them.  Let the house go.  No worries.  Just play.  And we did!  And just like summer always does, it went by way too fast!
