29 Weeks

29 Weeks Old

Gigi was behind me making Rhett laugh when I took these pictures.  Too bad she's not around every week. ;)

Waiting for her to be silly

Love this one!

Rhett was so much better this week...after he came down from his 'roid rage.  Ha!  We stayed around the house early in the week, and then got ready for our company over the holiday weekend, Gigi and Papa!

Look at big boy in his high chair.  While on steriods, he really picked up a love for his rice cereal.  I was planning on starting food this week, but I wanted to get some time between his allergic reaction and anything new to him!
This pic makes me laugh!  Little boys make noise!

One day ME and Rhett woke up from nap at the same time, so I threw her in bed with him...he's usually the one that gets to play in bed with HER.  He's got the crazy eyes in this picture.

She found the video monitor and figured out how we can see Rhett on tv.
Gigi and Papa came Thursday night.  On Friday we hung around the house, went for a walk, had barbecue and smores, and watched ME ride her new SCOOTER!  When we heard Anna was putting hers in their garage sale, we told her to put a SOLD sign on it.  She was sooo excited that Gigi and Papa brought it to her!  Thanks, Anna!
I can't get over how cute he is in his Polo and Hog hat!

Pumped about her new scooter!  Papa and Daddy tried it out too!

On Saturday, Brad took ME to a neighbor's birthday party.  Gigi and I took a little shopping trip while the kids napped.

Oh
My
Goodness!
She is a mess!
Saturday night Brad cooked burgers, and I blew up our pool for the backyard this summer.  They LOVED it!

Sunday I dressed the kids in their patriotic duds for Memorial Day.  Thanks Gigi!

After church, Brad grilled yummy steaks.  Then we had to say goodbye to Gigi and Papa.  Come back again soon!
Rhett's got the crazy eyes again!
Memorial Day was spent getting ready for our next guests, the Pirtles.  Our church just hired a new youth minister, and we offered to let them stay upstairs at our house until they find their own place.  Brad helped them unload their U-Haul and move what they needed upstairs.  We feel so blessed to have them in our home for a while.

Hope these two don't scare them away!  So much for a sweet Memorial Day pic!

We ended the day by sharing some Hungry Howies pizza with our new guests.  It was a busy Memorial Day weekend!
