Mia to the rescue!A few days after we got back from Orlando, my mom came down to play with Mary Ella while I worked on getting the rest of the house put together. I finished the guest room before she came, so she did have a nice and comfy place to stay. I got everything upstairs done, ran lots of errands, painted furniture, and even had a date with my hubby! EVERYTHING is unpacked and in it's place. Yay! Some things are on the walls- still trying to decide in a few rooms. And most rooms are decorated. I still have a few ideas in mind, but I am very pleased with what was done while she was here. Thank you, Mama!
AND my best friend since 3rd grade, Michelle, came to visit from Texas! She is on her spring break, so she came down Sunday and went home today. Mia was still around to babysit, so we had lots of girl time to visit. We got pedicures, went shopping, had lunch, went to a movie, watched the Bachelor finale together (yay for Emily!), and just had the best time. She is the most beautiful, sweet, Christian girl I know, and ME loves her! I feel so blessed to call her my best friend, and I can only pray that ME will find a friend like this early in life. I wish we lived closer and got to hang out more, but I know we have a bond that will never be broken.
