Sunday morning before church- You can tell it was a rough one for Mary Ella. She was dying to go outside with Papa, and when she did she fell down and hit her face on the porch. She looked fine, but when I picked her up from Bible class her nose was all red and looked like it hurt! I was afraid it might be bruised, but it looked better by the end of the day.

After church we had lunch with the Marvin crew at Mojito's, and then we went to Renee's house to see Granny and Grandpa. They just moved in over there, and Hospice has been out to see Grandpa. Radiation was the plan, but he's not even well enough for that.

Johnson CofC had outdoor services Sunday night. All the kids came early to ride horses and play. I knew ME would love that! They also took rides on the gator and 4 wheeler. We had a fellowship meal before singing and a devo by the bonfire. It was a beautiful night for praising God!

Beat Rebel Black Bears?

Mary Ella started saying "Papa" last week, so all week we practiced "Gigi" and "Papa." We got to Springdale late Friday night, and I know she was exhausted, but she found some energy somewhere to play when we got there. Lindsay brought the twins crib over, so we got ME all settled in her new bedroom. She is going to love being around everyone, but I'm afraid she may be spoiled rotten by the time we leave. Ha! Saturday morning we got up and got ready for the big game against the Ole Miss Rebel Black Bears. I think their new mascot is funny, but what's even more fun is beating our former coach, Houston Nutt. Yay! We went to the game with Mike and Julie and had a great time until the rain delay in the third quarter. Instead of being stuck under the bleachers for who knew how long, we decided to skip out and have lunch at Guido's and watch the rest of the game there. We got back to the car just before it started pouring and had warm pizza just in time for the game to resume. Worked out pretty well until there was another rain delay. We headed to Mike and Julie's house just in time to see the happy ending!

Fall Fun with Friends

Friday was our last official day in Little Rock, so we got together with friends to play at the park.

After the park we took Mia to lunch at Cantina Laredo. Then I ran in the doctor's office to get my flu shot, and took ME in to get her second one. She started getting snotty again this week, so I thought I'd have the doctor look in her ears since we were already there. And sure enough, another ear infection! Yuck! Hopefully round 2 of antibiotics will kick it. We hurried home and packed half the house to take to Gigi and Papa's. I know we will be back in LR, I just don't know when. Brad's new job starts next week, and he will be working out of Fayetteville, Muskogee, Little Rock, or home. I guess we will just be going with the flow until time to move...

P.S. If anyone crazy is reading this, stay away from our house. We have an alarm, and our neighbors will shoot you. Isn't that right, Thor?
